Online Program to Develop Teachers to Enhance Students’ Adaptability Skills

This research aimed to develop an online program for the development of teachers' skills enhance students' adaptability. The materials consisted teacher's learning manuals and teacher guidelines student development. Based on Research Development (R&D) methodology, implication R1&D1 R4&D4 steps, six sets manuals, one workshop manual were obtained. Then R5&D5, group pretest-posttest experimental was used with 15 teachers 324 students in Faculty Education Mahamakut Buddhist University, Isan Campus. These groups samples randomized adequately represent population main campus University its other campuses. It observed that lessons developed this could significantly increase post-test scores meet reference criteria 90/90. As students, their adaptability higher than pre-test. showed programs are effective educational innovations. result ascertains findings from can be disseminated benefit target all campuses University.
